You, the client, are responsible for securing your copyrights and adherance to copyright law. If you do not own the copyright to the audio you are submitting to us, then you must have permission from the copyright holder. This service is intended primarily for those who would like to make their original music available to the public over the world wide web. If you are a cover band, you should seek written permission from the song publisher to use their material.

We at TruMedia are responsible for respecting your copyrighted material. We will not use your material in any way other than that described below unless instructed to do so by you. On request, we will send you a nondisclosure agreement.

Here's what you do:

Mail to us a cassette, DAT tape or CD, and a photograph along with a few paragraphs about your band/project. Include a check payable to TruMedia in the amount of $20.00 (Connecticut residents: $21.20). Send these to:
